the apartment was spacious and roomy it was close to transport , made getting around easy

the fire alarm went off multiple times at random hours one time it was at 5 am it forced the guests to evacuate for around an hour no staff helped or provided any guidance this raised some safety concerns and left me with a bad impression

The building is secure. I appreciated the garage. My room was very spacious. The bed was a generous super king size. I found plenty of local shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk.

The air conditioning looked to be centrally controlled, possibly not suiting everyone's temperature preferences.

The facilities included everything I needed. The location is very convenient, with the Porta Romana metro station just ten minutes away. It really helped me get around. I also found two Carrefour supermarkets and one Conad nearby. I would certainly stay here again because of those features.

Everything was good, but the floor in the apartment could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.

the amenities were great even the coffee station was free i used it often it was modern and clean.

i was a little disappointed there were charges on my card i didn't expect they charged the full reservation amount and even when i cancelled within the free period they kept the money for weeks. i still haven't got it back i had to make a claim with mastercard. there were also these automatic daily charges of 50 euros as a deposit and then extra for city tax it was very annoying.
